The BlackBerry PlayBook builds upon Research in Motion (RIM) range of mobile phones. The Playbook was long viewed as a tablet that could compete with the iPad. Although it is an ultra-portable tablet measuring less than half an inch thick and weighing less than a pound, it still features a 7-inch high-resolution display that is highly-responsive with a fluid touch screen experience. Connectivity can be made to the internet via 3G, WiFi or bluetooth. There are two HD digital cameras within the BlackbBerry tablet (3MP and 5MP).
